Today I will be donating blood once again. I try and donate every 56 days which is the minimum time allowed between donations. I feel it is so important and so easy to do. Canadian Blood Services makes the process very simple (I won't say painless) and I always feel so good about myself after. I can even take the kids to watch and hold my hand. They will get stickers and treats. Hopefully this will encourage them to be regular donators when they are older. I encourage everyone to make this precious gift
